Service Description

Image Generator is an AI-powered platform that transforms photos into professional headshots and generates images from text descriptions. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to our features.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for Pro plans, as stated in our guarantee
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create deepfakes or misleading images intended to deceive others or cause harm
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the security of our platform

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Image Generator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written consent.

Generated Content

Images you generate using the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to our acceptable use policy. You retain rights to any photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated content.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
